The Mission

Hospital-grade treatment.
Wherever the patient is.

Optimum Wound Care sends clinicians to the patient, to nursing facilities, assisted living, home health, and private residences across Southern California. No transport burden, no unnecessary clinic visits.

There was no brand here when I started. I built the identity, content systems, ad creative, and digital presence from zero - for an audience that needs to trust you clinically before they call.

Wound Not Healing?

A direct-response campaign for Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram aimed at caregiver facilities and family members dealing with a wound that won't heal. The creative opens with the patient's frustration, and not the service, and offers a free evaluation as the first step action CTA.

This Ran in multiple image and copy variants, for fast A/B testing, tested across Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange County, and San Diego.

More than just a campaign. A full creative system was created.

The social and ad work was only part of it. The engagement also covered a site redesign, email campaign, miltiple B2B printed & dgital handouts, and a clinical education piece, all running off the same design system.

Case Study

No identity. No content. No playbook. I built it all.

When I came in, Optimum had a service and a phone number. No visual identity, no content system, no digital presence. Everything on this page was made from scratch.

The Challenge

Clinical authority. Human warmth. Same page.

Healthcare brands default to a cold and institutional feel. Optimum had to earn the trust from two completely different audiences, carefacility directors who need clinical proof, and families who just want someone who shows up and knows what they're doing.

One visual system, two jobs. Neither one could compromise the other.

The Process

AI-directed creative. Every call was mine.

I ran the creative pipeline using Gemini, Flow, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Adobe Suite in multiple rounds, lots of iteration. The AI handled the volume. I made every selection, every edit, every call on what shipped. The creative decision was mine.

What came out of it: a full brand system, multiple social series, performance ad creative, print handouts, and a complete B2B digital presence, faster than a traditional agency would have gotten through discovery.

Brand Design System

Two blues, clean type, and a system built to feel trustworthy with the first contact.
